Hoping you guys can provide some guidance. I will finally be re-entering Thailand on a non-immigrant type O (Thai spouse) obtained from the Thai Consulate here in Singapore. They have told me I will have to "negotiate" with Immigration when I enter for any subsequent re-entry. Not sure what this means and no further clarification was provided.
Also, I know I will have to report to Immigration within 90 days for my one year extension. Can you tell me what documents I will have to produce for the one year extension at Immigration?
Thanks very much!!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance regarding re-entering Thailand on a Non-Immigrant Type O visa based on their marriage to a Thai national, emphasizing the need for negotiation with immigration upon entry. Additionally, they are looking for clarification on the documents required for a one-year extension of stay at Immigration, which needs to be applied for within 90 days of entry, and highlights varying document requirements based on individual circumstances.

As far as what's required to apply for the extension there is no "one size fits all" list of documents. SO once you're here on your 90 day entry stamp head on over to your immigration office and get the hand out listing the requirements.
IF you're comin' in on a single entry 90 day Non-O visa that means the visa is used up when you enter and you're here on your 90 day entry stamp FROM that visa
Meaning when you have 30 days or less left on that 90 day entry stamp you go to the immigration office and apply for a year extension of stay based on marriage to a thai.
You need to meet the proof of funds (400K baht in a thai bank account in your name only for 2 months before you apply for your year extension). You'll apply, pay the 1900baht, get a 30 day under consideration stamp and then when that runs out you go back to get the year extension inked in.
