I have US and Russian passports. Just got my 60 day tourist visa for my US passport. Recently I saw on the news that starting November there's a change in policy for Russian passport holders to get a 90 day stamp on entry (can't seem to find any official sites to confirm this however it's all over the news). I am flying in next week and planning to stay for ~3-4 months. Question: can I enter BKK with my Russian passport to get the 90 day stamp? Also, is there a way to confirm this policy change? Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user holds both US and Russian passports and has a 60-day tourist visa for their US passport. They are inquiring if they can enter Thailand with their Russian passport to receive a 90-day stamp, following recent news about a policy change. The responses indicate that the policy is not yet officially published, but it is expected that starting November 1, 2023, Russian passport holders can receive a 90-day stamp. However, as the user already has a tourist visa, they must enter with this visa first. To obtain the 90-day stamp, they would need to exit Thailand and then re-enter using their Russian passport.
