I have an OA (retirement) visa valid until first of October 2021. I normally do my 90 day reporting in Bangkok, as my permanent address is in Bangkok. Nonetheless, as I am in Pattaya at the moment, can I do my next 90 day reporting in Pattaya, using my same permanent address in Bangkok?
For info, my reporting is due for next week.
Thanks for your feedback, appreciated!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether they can complete their 90-day reporting at the Pattaya immigration office while holding an OA (retirement) visa that is registered with a permanent address in Bangkok. Community feedback suggests visiting the local immigration office to confirm, noting that typically, one cannot report with a Bangkok address outside of Bangkok unless certain procedures like applying for TM30 are followed. Additionally, using the online system for reporting may be an option.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).

You cannot use the Bangkok address to report 90days at any immigration office other than Bangkok. If you want to report in Pattaya, you need to apply for TM30 in Pattaya first. You need to check if Pattaya requires you to submit TM28 (since I'm not sure they do).
As this more likely not the first 90days report on your current entry, you may be able to use the online system. Unfortunately, it's too late to submit by EMS.
I always thought you can report the 90-days on ANY Immigration inside Thailand, given that you are registered under the TM30 by a hotel or guesthouse or private address on location . . so he could check into a hotel and visit Immigration the next day
you must do it at the office your extension was given unless you permanently move from that area and register your new residence in another location such as rental contract, as far as I understand it.
