actually it is and you usually can't do a 90 day report online with a new passport unless you file a report in person on it.. Even if you moved the stamps and updated your TM30, that first 90 day report after you switch passports usually has to be done in person.

Should be possible but remember not all immigration offices accept mail in reports.

You do need to have it postmarked 14 days before the due date,

you should send the envelope EMS tracked post, so you know they got it, also include a stamped self addressed envelope so they can mail the 90 day report receipt back to you

you will need the previous 90 day report receipt, filled out TM37, copies of the data page of your passport, your entry stamp, your current extension, and possibly your TM30 receipt

thank you very much. May I ask again just to make sure? Usually I do 90 days report by online but I read that I can't do online for new passport. So, I can do 90 days report for new passport by registered post and no need to go to immigration office (for my case Samut Prakan)? Thank you again 🙏

nope you cannot, unless I'm mistaken samut prakan doesn't do mail in, you GO file your new 90 day report in person at that office with a new passport. AND you update your TM30 with the new passport too

You'd have to be living a long way from Immigration to do that rather than drive up to get the receipt ;)
