Not sure if this question is ok, if not please delete. After having visa and extension stamps transferred to a new passport, how does the 90 day reporting happen, can you do by mail or do you have to visit CW in person?

TLDR : Answer Summary
After transferring your visa and extension stamps to a new passport, it's important to understand how to handle the 90-day reporting required by Thai immigration. You need to know whether this process can be completed by mail or if you're required to visit the immigration office in person.
