I have a few questions about doing the 90 day reporting by post:

1. What documents do I need to send? Will the original TM47 application, a scanned and signed copy of my passport photo page, extension, last entry stamp, arrival card, and the white slip showing my last 90 day report suffice? Do I need to send any originals or photos?

1. Also, do the 14 days before and 7 days after rule apply for 90 day reporting by post?

For what it's worth, I'm in Chaiyaphum. Thanks :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
To report your 90-day residency by post in Thailand, document requirements include a stamped and filled TM47 form, copies of your passport data page, visa, last entry stamp, current extension, TM6 departure card, and a previous 90-day report receipt. Additionally, it’s advised to include a stamped self-addressed envelope for the return receipt and possibly a copy of your TM30 receipt. The documents should be sent at least 14 days before the reporting due date, and it's crucial to confirm if the Chaiyaphum Immigration office allows reporting by post.

maybe copy of TM30 receipt is also required.

90 days report by post has to be mailed by 14days before the due date.

FIRST you need to find out if the Chaiyaphum Immigration office accepts 90 day reporting by post (because not all locations do).

If they do you will have to have the envelope post marked 14 days before the due date of your 90 day report.

You need copies of

-data page of your passport

-your visa

-your last entry stamp

-your current extension

-your TM6 departure card

You also need to enclose the previous 90 day report receipt, a filled out TM47 and a stamped self addressed envelope for them to mail the next 90 day report receipt back to you
