TLDR : Answer Summary
The procedure for submitting the 90 days report by postal mail appears to be unchanged for Bangkok, but it now takes longer to receive the receipt due to relocation to Muang Thong Thani. In Chiang Mai, the process seems much quicker, with successful mail-ins reported as taking only 3 days. One user suggested considering online reporting for faster receipt times.

You probably already know this, but for others, you can do the 90 day report online through one of the these three programs:

Immigration web-portal;

Android eServices application;

iPhone eServices application;

The immigration web-portal is the most stable. You also must have done at least one 90 day report once.

If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re within the proper timeframe of 15 days prior to the due date to the actual due date, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

9. Make sure you aren’t confusing “O”(Oh) with “0” (zero)

If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.

If Chiang Mai, I just did my mail in and new receipt returned to me just 3 days ago. Since Chiang Mai has an office at airport road and at Promenada, I used the same Airport address successfully.

The Chiang Mai info may be useful for others in case you are referring to Bangkok mail in.

If you're talking about doing it in Bangkok, the address is still the same one (Chaengwattana), just know it's taking a LOT longer to get the 90 day receipt back in the mail because they moved that section to Muang Thong Thani..
