I need to do my first 90 day report, I was told I couldn't do it online as it's the first time after getting my visa extension. I live in Nonthaburi. Is it possible to do the 90 day report by post and if so, do I send it to Nonthaburi Immigration or Muang Ton Thani office?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can do your first 90-day report by post in Nonthaburi. Make sure to include a self-addressed stamped envelope with tracking. However, it's important to verify with the Nonthaburi Immigration office if they accept postal submissions for the report. You must also ensure that your envelope is postmarked at least 14 days before the report's due date.

Okay, keep in mind not all immigration offices allow 90 day reporting by post. SO call up the Nonthaburi office and see if you can do it by post.

Also keep in mind that the offices that do allow it by post require the envelope be post marked 14 days before the due date too.

Here's the Nonthaburi Immigration office number; 02-408-2320

that is ONLY for Bangkok people. IF you live in Nonthaburi you can't use Bangkok to report to.

You need to understand there are over 70 immigration offices in the country and not all of them accept online OR mail in (although they should :/ ).

IF I could see the future I'd say: I see a trip to the Nonthaburi Immigration office in your near future :O , to file a 90 day report AND to ask them about online or mail in for your next report :)

Thank you. Been trying to phone for days... I'm a bit confused because the Immigration dept website gives information about reporting by post and an address to send it to Chaeng Wattana.

Yes it is possible to do it by post. You'll need to include a self addressed stamp envelop though, and do it with tracking.

You will send it to your local immigration office, which would be Nonthaburi.
