I have a Non O visa. Can you spread your 800,000 deposit between two different banks ie so 400k in each?
I am trying to transit from the deposit to monthly income method for my next extension but I would like a back up if this fails for any reason ... like the Wise/ Bangkok Bank change in foreign deposit reference!
Thanks so much

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can split your 800,000 THB deposit between two different banks, with 400,000 THB in each. However, if you cannot utilize the monthly income method for your next visa extension, you will need to provide banking documents from both banks to prove that the total amount meets the requirement.

No problem at all doing that, but if you can't use monthly income next time and have to use bank money you would need banking documents from each Bank.
