Question for the visa guru's on here.

My wife is on a Non O-A extension of stay (3rd year in Thailand) and I am on a trailing spouse Non O extension as I am under 50 years old.  We have previously travelled outside of Thailand together and re-entered using re-entry permits.  

If my wife wanted to return the UK for 4 weeks without me, but with a valid re-entry permit, would this affect my extension of stay in any way as she would not be in the Kingdom for that period?
