even if you got divorced you could still use the year-long, multi-entry Non-O until it expired.

Be that as it may, when you have 30 days or less left on any of your 90 day stamps you could apply for a yearly extension of stay based on being over 50 (retirement) by meeting the financial requirements.

You're on a Non-O visa based on marriage <- the kind you get from a thai consulate in another country and border-bounce every 90 days on right?

OR

Are you on an extension of stay that you got from the immigration office where you do 90 day reporting ?
