Can I cancel my work permit and visa extension in Bangkok after changing employers, if they were issued in Phuket?

need some advice. ill be changing my employer soon.

for cancelling my work permit and 90 days extension, is it possible for me to process the cancellation in bangkok? coz my previos employer got my work permit &visa both in phuket.. or do i need to cancel both of it at the same place where they processed it?? (which is in phuket) thanks in advance.
