I have a “Non Immigrant O Retirement” visa and would like to get the “One Year Extension of Stay (EOS)” and a “Re-entry Permit” at the immigration in Chiang Mai, 45 days before the expiration of my allowance to stay. Do I get these at the same day I apply for at the Immigration, or how long does it take after applying ? I do know the requirements for the EOS.

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can apply for both the One Year Extension of Stay (EOS) and the Re-entry Permit at the Chiang Mai immigration office when you have 45 days or less remaining on your current visa. Both the EOS and the Re-entry Permit can be obtained on the same day as your application. The EOS costs 1,900 Baht, and after receiving it, you can purchase a single re-entry permit for 1,000 Baht or a multiple re-entry permit for 3,800 Baht.

In Chiang Mai you can apply for a yearly extension of stay when you have 45 days or less left on your current stamp.
They are issued the same day you apply for them, the year extension is 1900baht, and then after they stamp that into your passport you'd buy the re-entry permit (single re-entry 1000baht, multiple re-entry 3800baht)
