You can apply for both the One Year Extension of Stay (EOS) and the Re-entry Permit at the Chiang Mai immigration office when you have 45 days or less remaining on your current visa. Both the EOS and the Re-entry Permit can be obtained on the same day as your application. The EOS costs 1,900 Baht, and after receiving it, you can purchase a single re-entry permit for 1,000 Baht or a multiple re-entry permit for 3,800 Baht.
