Marriage extension UK passport

Coming to the end of Non O Multi entry from Savannakhet, and planning on extending a year based on marriage with multi re-entry permit at Nakhon Phanom.

Question 1 - Do I have to apply for year extension before my visa expires or can it be before my last entry stamp expires? i.e. Visa valid until 20 March, but final entry stamp will finish around end of May.

Question 2 - Can I apply for the multi re-entry permit at the same time as the marriage extension at Nakhon Phanom?

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is asking about extending their Non-O Multi-entry visa based on marriage in Thailand and whether they can apply for the extension before the visa expires or just before the last entry stamp expires. Additionally, they want to know if it's possible to apply for a multi-re-entry permit at the same time as the marriage extension. Community responses indicate that the extension must be applied for before the visa stamp expires, ideally at least 15 days prior, and the multi-re-entry permit should be applied for only after the extension is granted.

Anytime you can apply single or multiple re-entry stamp, but be aware that its expiration is same to your “current” admitted until date.

You can apply during the last 30 days of your admitted to stay period.

Best is to visit the Immigration Office, ask the hand out with requirements and make all the copy's and tick the list. When done visit the immigration to apply, it will go first 30 days under consideration and when you come back and that last day you get the remaining 11 months Extension of Stay stamped in your passport.

Then you can apply for a Multiple Re-Entry Permit which will be valid during the same 11 months

1. You have to apply before the end of the non o visa stamp (May in your case)I believe it to be at least 15 days prior to the end of said stamp (the admin may know better)

2. You would apply for the multi entry after the extension is granted as you will be placed under consideration for a duration.
