Can I change my retirement visa to a Non-B visa to work in Bangkok without leaving Thailand?

I am in Pathumthani .22+ years worked in export garment factory as sakes mgr. Now bcos of covid 19, business closed. So I took Retire visa .for one year.is it possible to change visa to Non B to work again in bkk without going out?

Question is now in Covid we cannot go so any provision to help to earn if get s job.

PreCOVID I had to go out to go from retirement to Non-B. Cancelling the retirement with multi re-entry was a nightmare too.

Normally Indians go to India and get Non,B visa.Now. cannot go due to virus Covid in Mumbai and no regular flts
