Can I apply for a new work permit and extension of stay after my current ones are cancelled?

I declined your first question with the answer that the only person who can answer if he can apply for a work permit and a new Extension of Stay based on employment is your new employer in Ranong beforre 28 Aug as the date your current Extension will be cancelled,

I highly doubt there are people with the same question, but for sure not with the same experience as 28 Aug is still in the future,
