Hi, my work permit and extension of stay based on employment will be cancelled on Aug 28. After that, will I be allowed to apply for a new work permit and eos with a new employer? 

Hoping for any helpful tip from similar experience. Thank you!

I declined your first question with the answer that the only person who can answer if he can apply for a work permit and a new Extension of Stay based on employment is your new employer in Ranong beforre 28 Aug as the date your current Extension will be cancelled,

I highly doubt there are people with the same question, but for sure not with the same experience as 28 Aug is still in the future,

If your new employer can not meet the requirements, as that seems the question, you have to apply for a new visa at a Thai consulate, There are no 7 or 30 days extensions possible based on the Non Immigrant B visa,

No, he change from a BOI company in Bangkok to a normal compagnie in Ranong, different province
