Hi, hope someone can advise me on my current situation, switching jobs in another province:
- Work permit and extension of stay based on employment will be cancelled on Aug 28 in Bangkok, yearly processed at Chamchuri Square
- I get a new job offer in Ranong, will it be possible for my new employer to apply for a new work permit and extension of stay before my current one expires?
- If second point won’t work out, that means I will only have 7 days to process the documents in Ranong province after my wp/eos cancellation? Otherwise I will then be automatically covered by the visa amnesty and therefore won’t be eligible to apply for eos based on employment?
- I reckon getting a letter from my embassy won’t help me in my application for eos based on employment..??
Please enlighten me.. Are there other options for me so I can extend my stay? Thank you.
