TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about applying for a family reunification visa in Thailand due to her husband's work permit status. Comments suggest that she might need to apply for an extension of stay as a dependent, which costs 1,900 THB, and she will need various documents including her and her husband's passports, marriage certificate, and passport photos. The visa application process should be initiated at the immigration office where her husband holds his Non-B visa.

GO to the immigration office where your husband has his Non-B visa show the immigration officer your passport and ask if you can get a visa based on being married to a foreigner who legally works here and has a long term extension. That's the only way you're going to know.

The cost of a 90 day Non-O visa at ALL immigration offices is 2000baht, and the cost of an extension (no matter how long they're issued for) is 1900baht.

Take your husband along too so they can see his passport and extension.

I'm not sure what you're asking. IF you're here in Thailand right now, you'll want an extension of stay based on being a dependent of a foreign national working in Thailand. This will cost 1,900THB.

Each immigration office has their own requirements. You will need to be legally (and not common law) married. Expect to need the following documents:

1. Your passport and a copy of

- your data ("picture") page

- Entry stamp/ entry visa

2. Your spouse passport, and a copy of

- his data ('picture") page

- his entry stamp and entry visa

3. Original and copy of the marriage certificate.

4. 2x passport pictures

5. 1,900 THB.
