Hello I'm Thai and currently working in Myanmar, I'm married with Myanmar wife here with completed legal document. however i plan to come back for working in Thailand next month.

My question is..

1.) If my wife will do non-o marriage visa (Thai husband) and follow me to Thailand, after that can she apply for job or get work permit for working in Thailand?

If can not so can change marriage visa to non-b business visa for apply job later or not? and my wife can do this method in Thailand or need to trip back to do business visa again in Myanmar?

2.) For non-o marriage visa (Thai husband) if my wife need to stay longer in Thailand, Did she need to open bank account and put money at least 2 months before apply extension for 1 year marriage visa and need to put money at least 400,000 baht or how much?

Thank you for your all kind answers

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is a Thai citizen married to a Burmese woman and is inquiring about the process for his wife to obtain a Non-O marriage visa to join him in Thailand, particularly regarding her ability to work and the requirements for extending her stay. Comments indicate that a Non-O marriage visa allows her to work legally in Thailand without needing to change to a Non-B business visa, and there are no monetary requirements for extending the marriage visa. If the husband earns over 30,000 baht monthly, the wife may eventually qualify for Thai citizenship.

Being a foreign wife married to a thai husband there is no monetary requirement. You can extend her stay in thailand every year very easily. If you are earning more than 30,000 baht per month, after three years of marriage (one year if you have children) she can apply for thai citizenship.

And when she is on Non-O marriage to a Thai male, she can hold work permit and work legally on her visa/extension, no need to get Non-B to work.
