What is the minimum Thai baht requirement for a DTV visa application for a family of six?
Seem to be seeing many different answers all over the internet on this question. If Im the main applicant for the DTV and I have a wife + 4 kids under 20yrs old. Whats the minimum baht requirement to be held for the 3 months?

6 x 500.000 = 3.000.000 Thb.
BUT to use DTV holders logic: in dreamworld it could be:
500.000 divided by 7 (yep including anonymous advice) is 72.000 Thb

usa passport (all applicants), we will apply from abroad. (Application location can vary as we will be slow traveling). Workcation as my income is from military service.James ********

SkilledLynx4998 we applied for workcation dtv in laos for my wife and 2 kids. We just uploaded the same bank statement on all applications and didnt have a problem at all

are you familiar with Laos requirement for total baht amount for family? I know it varies 500k total- 500k/per adult depending on application consulateJames ********
SkilledLynx4998 I suggest you apply for the DTV visa in VIENTIANE Laos... visa friendly and affordable - low cost of stay in the City.
You will have to get the DTV visa for yourself...then you can submit EACH individual family members DTV visa applications.

sorry meant soft power. As my income is from the VA. We will be slow traveling full time not going to come home to apply from home country

It really depends on the embassy. Some will require you to have 500k for each individual, some just 500k for each adults and some just for the primary

It depends where you are applying. In Australia each person needs to have the 500k but at other consulates it's 500k for a family
