ORIGINAL POSTER
Hi, my husband and I plan to stay in Thailand from November 2026 till April 2027. Since I can work remotely, I plan to apply a DTV visa and my husband a dependent visa. My question is: can we apply these two visas at the same time or do I need to first get my DTV visa, then he can apply his dependent visa? Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual inquired about the simultaneous application for a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) for themselves and a dependent visa for their husband, as they plan to stay in Thailand for several months. Responses clarified that the DTV visa must be obtained first before applying for the dependent visa, since a copy of the DTV is necessary for the dependent application. Additionally, it was advised to have important documents, such as the marriage certificate, certified in their home country prior to traveling.

You must apply for yours first and receive the visa before you can apply for a dependent visa. One of the requirements to apply for the dependent one is uploading a copy of the issued primary sponsor's DTV.
