TLDR : Answer Summary
An adult holding an ED visa for language studies in Thailand is inquiring if their spouse and children can apply for dependent visas. However, there is some confusion regarding the status of language ED visas, as one comment suggests that immigration has restricted these visas to university applicants only, indicating potential challenges in obtaining dependent visas in such cases.

I thought that immigration was no longer accepting language ed Visas....i thought ed visas are now only for universities....also if ur kid is in the country and is under 12, there is no overstay
