[ED Visa + 2 followers?]

Hi Visa Wizards! Anyone can confirm that an ED Visa can have 2 followers in case the ED visa holder is married (non thai) and has a 3 year old son (all EU pasports)? Could they both get O visa as dependents? Thank you in advance!

Ok, in that case parents should have both ED Visa, and what's the situation with the kid? can he get a non-O?

The good thing is kids under 15 can't be fined for overstay, and kids under 18 can't be banned for overstay.

While this sounds strange, all I'd do is have the child fly in on a 30 day visa exempt stamp and overstay. :O

I personally have never seen anyone get Non-O's for the purpose of "piggy-backing" onto a parent or spouse that holds a Non-ED visa for studying at a private language school.

I'm not saying it couldn't happen, BUT I'm saying of the hundreds and hundreds of people I know on ED visa/extensions I've never seen it ever
