Hi I’m the UK, want to visit with friends in April, is there any agent that can process my Visa . Thanks
Answer summary
A UK national planning to visit Thailand in April does not require a visa for stays of up to 60 days, as they are eligible for visa exemption. If staying longer, an extension can be requested at immigration. However, for Nigerian nationals, a visa application must be processed through the Thai embassy in London. For those considering retirement in Thailand, it is recommended to secure a Non-O visa in their home country before traveling and subsequently convert it to an extension based on retirement.

Nigerian national. He needs to apply through the Thai embassy in London, if that's where he is.
You shouldn’t need a visa if you have a British passport, you enter visa exempt for up to 60 days and can be extended for a further 30 days at immigration for a fee
Dobby no you must apply for 90 day non O visa in your home country and the apply for extension within your last 30 days in Thailand meeting all the necessary requirements
Dobby you are best off obtaining a Non-O from your original country. Then coming to Thailand to convert into an Extension of Stay based on retirement. This then gets around the problem of opening a bank account in Thailand to obtain an Extension which is next to impossible! Once you have converted then you can open a bank account to deposit the 800kTHB for future Extensions.
