Can I get a 60-day Covid extension for my visa at Chiang Mai Immigration before it expires?

ORIGINAL POSTER
I'm currently on a 60-day extension "to visit family". It expires on 27/11. I really need another 60 days before I will be ready for the one year extension to take care of Thai child. I'll have the financial requirement ready by 27/01/2021.

Will I have any problem getting that 60-day Covid extension at Chiang Mai Immigration and if not, how early can I go to get the extension and what documents do I need? Thanks in advance.

The only way to know is apply for the extension before this month ends.
