TLDR : Answer Summary
You cannot apply for a 30-day extension twice after entering Thailand on a 30-day visa on arrival. You are allowed a single 30-day extension, which brings the total stay to 60 days. If you want to stay for 90 days, you should apply for a tourist visa beforehand to receive 60 days upon arrival, followed by a 30-day extension.

No you cannot, a 30 visa exempt stamp can be extended once only for another 30 days, giving you a total of 60 days.
ive tackeld the new phone and taken of predictive text ๐ my dyslexia is so bad some days even that can't work out what im trying to write anyway ๐
Depending when you go, you might as early as this summer (fingers crossed), take advantage of the new 60 days visa exempt entry. Though we have to see if the extension will still be available after that period.
let's hope, this was a big annoucement but since then, nothing. They might find out it takes more than changing the dates on a rubber stamp. If so, it will happen, but who knows when?
No, you can only apply for a single 30 day extension.
If you want 90 days then you would need to apply for a tourist visa before you travel so you'd get 60 days when you arrive, and then can get the 30 day extension on that.
