I did visa run, on my 60 days visa obtained in Penang, in Mae Sai, where i received 30 days. I am in Pai, can I do another visa run with Laos border? Do I need to apply and pay for full 30 days visa to Laos? Also my husband is Brazilian, normally he was able to get 90 days crossing the border by land or flying but now it changed. What is his situation, can he have visa run with me? If not can we both get 30 days extension?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user successfully completed a visa run allowing for a 30-day extension to their initial 60-day visa. They are inquiring about the possibility of performing another visa run to Laos and the associated costs and requirements for both themselves and their Brazilian husband. It is noted that the husband may face challenges in obtaining a 90-day entry via land borders as regulations have changed, and both may need to explore options for extensions or different methods of re-entering Thailand.

You can get a 30 day extension on the 30 day visa exempt stamp you got at Mae Sai for 1900baht at the immigration office

IF you're going to border-bounce to Lao to get a 30 day visa exempt stamp yes, you need to pay for the lao visa no matter how long you stay there.

Be advised you can only do TWO 30 day visa exempt entries by a land border in a calendar year.

I don't think your husband can bounce in and out at the Mae Sai border to get 90 days, and I'm not sure he can do it even by the Lao land border. He might have to fly out/in.

He can't get any extension on that 90 day visa exempt entry stamp except a 7 day get outta thailand one.

So our best option is to fly and I can apply for another 60 days visa in a Thai embassy. Is it ok to apply in Kuala if previously I applied in Penang? Thanks again for your advice.
