Hey guys 

I just graduated from a local private  Thai university as an International student  and about to get a job offer- like the company is processing the required documents for Non Immigrant Type-B (to work Thailand) visa.

For the visa, I want to apply in Vietnam- Ho Chi Minh Thai Consulate. Just wondering, can foreigners that don't have residency in Vietnam apply there?

Last time I checked the Hcmc consulate was booked up for over a month just make sure to book visa before flights

IF you meet the requirements (GO to the website of the HCMC thai consulate) and see what documents you need, you shouldn't have any issue applying for a 90 day Non-B at any of the nearby thai consulates. You do not need to have residency in vietnam, when you apply you provide a copy of your visa/entry stamp to vietnam to show you're there legally

Also you need to make an online appointment to use the Thai Consulate at HCMC or you can't get in to apply
