Has anyone obtained a visa in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam recently? I am planning to apply for a Non-B visa there and return to Thailand. I know there's been successful reports of Singapore but not seen anything for Vietnam.

Look at their website, have all requirements in place and it should be easy. That others prepared correctly and got the visa can not be used as argument if you did not came in as preperad as them.
