TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion focuses on whether it is possible to obtain a multiple entry Non-Immigrant B visa or a multiple entry volunteer visa at the consulate in Ho Chi Minh City. Participants suggest that typically one starts with a Single Entry Visa and can later apply for an extension of stay or a multiple re-entry permit after arriving in Thailand.
Not understand the problem, you apply for the Single Entry Visa and after 60 days in Thailand your Employer or the Volunteer organisation can with you apply for an one year Extension of Stay with a multiple re-entry permit.
