TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is preparing to apply for a second Non-B visa and seeks advice regarding the process at the Thai consulate in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Comments provide insights that it is possible to apply for the Non Immigrant B visa at this consulate, emphasizing the need to meet all requirements, including the necessity to pay the fee in USD and the issuance of a Single Entry visa only. Additional advice suggests checking specific documents needed based on the user's passport country and having a valid work permit, as well as considering factors like location and possible appointment needs.

better suggestions: What is the country of origin of your passport? Do you have a valid Work Permit? Where do you stay inside Thailand or does the travel distance not bother you? Do you have all the documents of your Employer? Is there a need to leave before a certain date, this in case on line appointments are needed? Sure i forgot a few things to answer your question, but will figure that out.

But you better check this page if the country of origin of your passport is not mentioned:

no problem to apply there for the Non Immigrant B visa, but you need to meet all the requirements. Fee is in USD only and you can only get the Single Entry Non Immigrant B visa
