its probably Karin, she has been working there for years. I had some visas from pretoria but that was 2 passports agoTod *********

you'd most likely have no problem at either consulate in Vietnam. I asked about if you had previous visas for thailand from Pretoria because some consulate worker there is writing on the visas that you must go back there to get a new one :O :/ :(
That's thrown a LOT of S/A passport holders right off the rails
