hi there, have anyone got experience with applying for NON B in ho chi minh thai consulate. the google reviews are mixed.

i got the workpermit aproval, all company documents signed and stamped, the bank balance of 3 months and the CV.

it states also a vietnamese residence card. but i gues this is for people living in vietnam. 

Im dutch citizen so not in the list with countires that couldnt apply.
