Hello, I want to submit the application to recieve the DTV visa, could you please share the link where I shall submit the documents, and share your experience whether I only need to submit the documents online, or I shall have the hard copies with me, so that I can provide them to Thai embassy?

You don’t go to an embassy anymore (apart from Laos and Cambodia to pay) unless asked for an interview.
