dear experts, about guardian visa, ever heard if it is possible for an older sister to be legal guardian of a minor ( enrolled in an international school ) and so, to apply for this type of visa , or is allowed only to parents ???

Legal guardian and i mean legal now can only be appointed by the court if you are the Legal guardian then yes,

I have never ever heard of it. BUT I'd say you need to go to the immigration office and ask them.
