Does anyone know if it’s possible to obtain an education and guardian visa for a child in nursery, when the nursery is separate from school and therefore not registered with the Ministry of Education (I think it’s with the Ministry of Social Affairs or something). Thanks in advance πŸ™

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the possibility of obtaining an education and guardian visa for a child attending a nursery that is not registered with the Ministry of Education but possibly with the Ministry of Social Affairs. Comments indicate uncertainty, with one noting that official guidelines may require the child to be enrolled in a Thai school registered with the Ministry of Education.

I do not know the answer but a guess would be no. The website I checked just states the child must attend a Thai school, which I presume means registered with the Ministry of Education.
