TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry relates to whether a husband on a guardian visa can secure a dependent visa for his wife while their daughter attends school in Thailand. Comments suggest uncertainty about the guardian visa's status and its implications for dependent visa eligibility, recommending consultation with local immigration offices for accurate information.
(4) In the case of children, adopted children, or spouse’s children, said children, adopted children, or spouse’s children must not be married, must live with the alien as part of the family, and must not
be over 20 years of age; This is from the requirements.
Ok, i see. I am their official (biological) father, but they would have to be living with me as their sole guardian to qualify for this visa - is that correct?

Thanks Robert - so my question is, if i was divorced from my thai wife, would i be able to get a non O based on having two kids with her still living in thailand?
I am not sure that you could get a "trailing spouse" visa when you're on an extension based on raising a foreign child (or even a half thai child for that matter) :/
you'd probably have to contact the immigration office that serves the area in thailand where you live to check and see.
