Hi.

My son goes to school in thailand. He has a student visa. My visa ends in december. I can ask for a visa to stay with my son, right? Which papers I have to give to immigration?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about applying for a visa to stay in Thailand with their son, who holds a student visa. They need to know about the documentation required for applying for a Guardian Visa and express concerns about not meeting the financial requirements of having 500,000 baht in a Thai bank account for the necessary duration before applying. Comments suggest contacting the school for documentation and highlight the financial prerequisites for the guardian visa.

You need to contact his school to give you the documentation you require to apply for a Guardian Visa, one per student
