Question: my husband is Indian, I got work permit so we think he should get non immigrant O visa. We understood that as Indian citizen he can do it only from India, is it true? Also, could he extend it after the 3 months visa finish or does he need to go back India and ask a new one? Thank you 🙏🏼

No, if you have an Extension of Stay from the Immigration Office in the area where you live and work, he must apply at the same office.
