TLDR : Answer Summary
An Indian resident with an expired non-O marriage visa is seeking guidance on applying for a new visa to be with their pregnant wife in Thailand. The current travel restrictions complicate the process, and it's advised to check for any updates on entry regulations and to apply directly through the Thai Embassy in India. Additionally, if still within the admissible period, the individual might consider an extension of stay at their local immigration office.

The date your visa expired is not that important, if you are still before your Admitted until date mentioned in the stamp you got on entry into Thailand, you an apply for a 1 year Extension of Stay at your local immigration office

Sorry but Thailand is closed to foreigner arrivals thru June 30.

As your visa has expired you will need to apply for a new visa from the Thai Embassy in India. I believe VFS is processing all Visas to Thailand for the Indian citizens.

Watch for news of opening Thailand for arrivals.

Note: Thailand has temporarily suspended the grant of visa on arrival at any international airport to contain the spread of the coronavirus. The suspension will last until September 30, 2020.
