TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non-O visa based on marriage can be extended even while on amnesty. There are two options available: a yearly extension requires proof of funds (400,000 baht in a Thai bank account for two months prior to application), or a 60-day family visit extension that does not require proof of funds.

You have two extension options for you being on a 90 day entry from a non-O based on marriage to a thai at the immigration office;

a yearly extension which you get by meeting the proof of funds (400K baht in a thai bank account in your name for 2 months before you apply)

OR

a 60 day visit thai family extension that you get without proof of funds.
