Hi All,

Non-Immigrant O Visa based on marriage to a Thai - Multiple Entry Expires January 2021.

Current entry stamp expired on May 6 2020 (Currently on amnesty)

Has anyone had any success in obtaining the one-year extension from Chaengwattana while on amnesty? I was unable to apply earlier as I needed my Kor Ror 22 (registration of marriage abroad) because the section at the Amphur was closed due to the Coronavirus. I have now got the Kor Ror 22.

Thank you very much for your help!

because you were originally on a 90 day Non-O entry and as long as you meet the requirements you can certainly go and apply for a yearly extension on amnesty

I don't think there have been a lot of people who tried that's on this group. You're out of nothing applying for the extension of stay based on marriage; the worse that'll happen is they will say no.
