TLDR : Answer Summary
A foreigner cannot convert a NON-B visa directly to a NON-O visa in Thailand. Instead, they must apply for a new Extension of Stay based on the new circumstance.

NO, you can not convert from one Non Immigrant visa into another Non Immigrant Visa. You can apply for a new Extension of Stay with another reason.
