I currently have a DTV visa. Is it possible to switch to another visa type? For example to work visa? Has anyone been able to do that?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, it is possible to switch from a DTV visa to another visa type such as a work visa (Non-B) in Thailand. You need to visit your local immigration office to apply for the conversion, ensuring that you meet all the necessary criteria for the new visa. Additionally, your employer may need to accompany you, and you should prepare to apply for a work permit through the Ministry of Labor.
