I need a quick info guys. Can a foreign national work (not teaching) in Thailand legally without holding a bachelor degree? I mean if the person has enough skill and experiences then can he or she get a work permit without a degree?

TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, while a bachelor’s degree is often required for a work permit, some industries, such as hospitality, may allow foreign nationals to work without one if they possess sufficient skills and experience.

Yes, of course. It just depends on the industry. The hotel and restaurant industry for exemple is opened to people without degrees.
