TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about obtaining a work permit and full-time employment in Thailand as teachers without original hardcopy degrees, despite having TEFL certifications and four years of experience. The comments suggest that to secure a Non-B visa for teaching, necessary documents include a certified Bachelor's degree and transcripts, along with other requirements. BTW...you will need a certified University Bachelors Degree or higher degree transcripts along with police clearance report among other Teaching visa requirements.
