Just got a Non O visa in Hanoi based on being a dependent of my son. Hassle free and no issues with any paperwork. I was concerned that it could be a problem that my surname is different from my sons on his birth certificate but no problems at all. However as I have already had 2 ED visas from Hanoi I was told that I couldn’t come back a 4th time.

You can't go back to Hanoi for another Non-O visa? Is this a ME visa, or a single entry?
