Hey All. Doing this via a digital nomad pathway. Have a business located in Perth, Australia.

My girlfriend also is coming with me but does not technically work for me (she sort of does).

Is it possible to include her on my visa even if we are not married?

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the eligibility of including a girlfriend on a digital nomad visa in Thailand, emphasizing that dependents are typically defined as legal family members such as spouses or children. While one suggestion was to employ her formally to facilitate her stay, the consensus concluded that she cannot be included as a dependent under the current visa regulations.

No, as you're legally not family hence can't be dependents visa wise.

Make her an employee with a contract allowing her to work remotely.

Nope, every applicant application is separate. Relationship is either children or spouse.
