Back to working on my visa options. Do you know if nomad insurances like safety wing etc are accepted by the Thai government as insurance for a retirement visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thai government does not accept travel insurance, including nomad insurances such as SafetyWing, for a retirement visa. Proper medical insurance is required for this visa type. It's also noted that for the Non-O visa or its extension, health insurance is not mandatory.
