TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about eligibility for visa amnesty with a non-O multiple entry marriage visa and the next steps considering their impending 90-day visa expiration. A suggestion is made to obtain a 60-day extension at the immigration office instead of relying on the uncertain amnesty.

your BEST bet would be to go to the immigration office and get a 60 day "visit thai family" extension as that will give you until July without using this b/s free2-stay amnesty (which may or may not come with strings attached).

I'd say get that 60 day extension and see if the borders don't open up by the time it runs out so you can bounce out and back on the Non-O visa for a new 90 day stamp
